A pretty good day. I finished going over the Brothers story, making mostly just minor tweeks. I also made a careful pass over the Goo story. I printed "possibly final" versions of each one. I'll use them for my application to Clarion West. Also, I'm planning to send the Goo story to Bruce Holland Rogers and see if he'll buy it for Bones of the Earth. Probably nothing will go out until this weekend, though.

Jackie and I lifted weights both Monday and today. I felt strong on Monday, and weak today. But that's okay. I know from experience that, when I lift three times a week, I get stronger. A bad day doesn't worry me.
