I've completed my first pass through "An Education of Scars," fixing the main problems with the main story line. Despite cutting about a page from the beginning of the story, it's grown by around 400 words. That's longer than I'd like.

Now I have to read through and make sure both the revised main plot and the relationship story still work. And I have to find several hundred words to cut.

I finished Adventures in Time and Space with Max Merriwell which remained delightful throughout. I'll have to get Jackie to read it. It's fun.

Jackie and I lifted weights for the first time in nearly a month. Between traveling and having visitors (and recovering from those activities) we'd been too lazy to get to the Fitness Center for weeks. I dropped my weights just a bit.
