I slept in today. I stayed in bed until 7:00. Yesterday I got up early, so I made Jackie bed coffee. Today, though, I slept in. Right after breakfast we went to the Fitness Center and lifted weights. Then I went in to work and pretty much worked all day.

My boss brought in pizza for those of us who came in on a Saturday.

We learned some stuff, but didn't solve any of the problems that are holding us up, so I guess I'm heading back in to work tomorrow to try again.

This evening was abbreviated. I worked late, then watched Buffy. Now there doesn't really seem to be enough time to get any writing done. I did do a critique of the story Karina sent to the critique list our Clarion class set up.

I've been thinking about what to do next, and I think I'll do the rewrite of the insurance story. I got some good critiques on it from the critique list and I've given it a nice period of time to just sit. I'm looking forward to seeing it again. I remember struggling with it, but I don't really have a sense for just how it was when I put it aside. Maybe I'll find some stuff in there that's better than I remember. It's nice when that happens.
