It was very nearly warm enough to wear shorts and a t-shirt. (That is, I did wear shorts and a t-shirt, and I was nearly warm enough. Nearly.) And in roughly the same sense, it is nearly spring! 🏃🏻♂️

@philipbrewer Your run route does look like a person devouring something. Assuming that wasn’t intentional :) . Also heart points = Avg heart rate?
@sp I can’t take credit for the shape of the map—I just run where the paths go.
Heart points is a Google Fit thing, based on the World Health Organization’s (and I think American Heart Association’s) advice on physical activity for heart health. You’re supposed to get at least 150 minutes of “moderate” activity per week (walking or equivalent) OR at least 75 minutes of “vigorous” activity (running or equivalent) per week.
Google Fit gives you a point for each minute of moderate activity or two points for each minute of vigorous activity, and you’re supposed to get 150 points per week.
@philipbrewer Interesting! Been a while that I’ve used Google fit.
