I did a final proofreading pass over "A Little Empathy" and got it ready to send out. I'll put it in the mail tomorrow. It will be good to have something out to an editor again.

That was all I got done this evening. Aside from that I read a bit. In particular, I read the famous essay by Poe on the nature of a short story. Someone (probably at Clarion) had referred to it. I'm sure I'd heard it summarized before, but I don't think I'd ever read it before.
