Here's a question for you: How does the America of the future handle the homeless? Does it make any difference if technology has made basics like food and clothing cheaper? What if the most basic needs can be made virtually free? Most specifically, what do the cops do when they find a guy sleeping on a park bench a few hours before dawn?
I got some good writing done--one piece of description that I'm pleased with, a bit of plot moving forward, a bit of character development.
Day job stuff went okay, I finished another of the tasks I've been working on for too long. One more to go and I'll be out from under and ready to start something new. That'll be a treat.
